I feel physically and emotionally great. Days I am feeling low and depressed, I will hear some words of encouragement about the postures that I can relate to other things in life. I always walk out of the studio feeling great.


I was one-and-a-half years post partum with my third child and I wanted to get back in shape. It was so hard at first, but it wasn’t long before I was hooked and then got my father started!


Bikram Yoga has given me more flexibility, left me free of discomfort, and created peace of mind. I know I’m doing something for my spine health presently and mostly future when I’m an old lady!
